At Urbane Stitches LLC, we ensure fast and reliable delivery by strategically placing our products across multiple locations worldwide. With warehouses in the USA, Canada, and parts of Europe, we ship orders from the closest facility with available stock. So, if you’re in the USA and receive a package from Europe, it’s just part of our commitment to getting your order to you quickly and securely.
Trusted Local Couriers for Seamless Delivery
- USA: Shipments are handled by USPS..
- Canada: Orders are delivered via Canada Post.
- Europe: We work with trusted local postal services like Deutsche Post, La Poste, and Correos.
- Important Notice: At this time, we do not ship to Italy due to customs issues at Malpensa.
For European Union (EU) Customers:
While we comply with IOSS regulations and follow EU import laws, there may still be occasional VAT charges or handling fees (approximately €6) imposed by local postal services. This applies primarily to customers in Belgium, Spain, and sometimes in Germany, France, and the Netherlands. We encourage you to challenge any unexpected charges, though we have no control over how postal services apply these rules.
Worldwide Shipping Options:
We proudly ship our products to customers around the globe. While standard shipping is available for the USA, Canada, and the EU, other international destinations may require premium shipping services to ensure safe and timely delivery. If you’re outside these regions, we offer secure options via DHL, UPS, and other premium carriers.
Shipping Fees:
We offer a flat rate shipping fee between USD 7-50 worldwide, depending on the destination and order size.

Delivery Times:
Delivery typically takes 3-15 days depending on the destination and distance (e.g., intercontinental shipments may take longer). While we strive for timely delivery, please keep in mind potential delays during peak holiday seasons (like Christmas) or due to unforeseen circumstances such as postal strikes or natural events.
For custom or bulk orders, additional production time may be needed. We’ll be happy to discuss this with you personally to ensure your order meets your needs.
