A: We offer a range of backing options including heat seal, hard and soft hook & loop, and self-adhesive. For bullion crests, we also provide military clutch pins and folding magnetic backings, which come at an additional charge.
A: Each patch can feature up to 8 colors. If your design needs more than 8, an additional charge will apply.
A: Standard production and delivery times vary: embroidered and woven patches take about 3-4 weeks, dye sublimated patches take 4-5 weeks, and bullion crests require 5-6 weeks.
A: Yes, all of our custom patches, except hand-embroidered bullion crests, are machine washable for your convenience.
A: After confirming your order, we’ll create a sample of your patch and send you a photo for your approval before proceeding with full production.
A: While all three patch types—embroidered, woven, and dye sublimated—can accommodate detail, dye sublimated patches are the best choice for designs with intricate details and fine lettering.
A: Embroidery coverage refers to the portion of the patch surface that is stitched. For example, 75% embroidery coverage means 75% of the patch is covered in stitching, while the remaining 25% is left as the base material.

A: Yes, cancellations are allowed, but please note that there may be a cancellation fee depending on the stage of production.
A: Embroidered patches are created by stitching colored threads onto fabric, adding texture and depth. Woven patches are made using yarns woven together, giving a smoother finish with fine details. Dye sublimated patches are made by dyeing the fabric, allowing for highly detailed, photo-quality images.
